COVID 19 STATEMENT - Delivery Information


Our priority now, as it always has been, is the safety of our customers and employees. With careful consideration, with view of the recent government announcement, we have made the decision to close the business during this period. 


We will be working to goverment guidelines, and will resume business once this period of uncertainty has passed.

For a reliable and low cost delivery service designed to best meet our customer needs, we use DPD and Royal Mail.

If you order before 3pm on a working day, we aim to dispatch your order the next working day. If ordered on a weekend or English Bank Holiday, we will issue your item for dispatch the following working day. The quoted delivery timescales are for guidance purposes only, and cannot be guaranteed. We do our utmost to work with third party couriers to ensure you receive a high level of service, however, we cannot take responsibility for delays incurred while in transit. 

Please note that unless otherwise stated all prices for delivery quoted on our web pages are for mainland UK packages. 

Please note that we reserve the right to change these prices without prior notice and the full applicable delivery charge associated with certain areas may not appear at checkout. In this event, we will always contact you for approval over any additional charge that may apply prior to posting to allow you the opportunity of withdrawing your order - this does not affect your statutory rights.

The cost of palletised orders will naturally vary dependent on delivery postcode and the size of order. Please therefore contact us to obtain an accurate price. 

Items no longer required are subject to 10% restocking charge. Any returns please contact us by phone or email and we will advise on the full process.
